Saunders Donn in 1979. Clive Bearman
having joined the firm in 1982 he then
set up the current firm of Saunders
Bearman with him in 1986.
Philip acts for both private and corporate
clients and his practice covers all
aspects of residential and commercial
conveyancing as well as company and
corporate work. |

Clive

Qualified in 1981 since when he has
specialised in all aspects of commercial
and residential property law, development
and finance.
Following qualification he joined Jerrard
Saunders Donn as assistant solicitor
where he met Philip Saunders, a partner
of that firm. Formed Saunders Bearman
with Philip Saunders in 1986 and has
established a wide ranging client base
of individual and corporate clients. |

Sarah
Lewis - srlewis@sb-law.co.uk
Studied law at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
She qualified in 2000 after completing
her training contract with Saunders
Bearman. Sarah specialises in all aspects
of residential and commercial property
law working in association with Clive
Bearman and his clients while developing
her own client base. She became a partner
of the firm in 2005. |

Maggie
Naughton - mnaughton@sb-law.co.uk
Maggie first joined Philip Saunders
at Jerrard Saunders Donn in 1981 and
has been with Saunders Bearman since
it was formed and undertakes a dual
role of practice manager and conveyancing
executive. Maggie has a wide ranging
experience in both commercial and residential
property matters. |

Sam
Rosenthal - srosenthal@sb-law.co.uk
Studied law and economics at Queen Mary's
and qualified in 2006. After initial
experience in another West End firm
he joined Saunders Bearman in November
2006. Sam works closely with Philip
Saunders and his clients and his main
practice areas are commercial and residential
property for both private and corporate
clients. |
